This Privacy Policy explains how Prospectr Marketing Inc. (DBA Prospectr Digital), a Minnesota corporation ("Prospectr," "we," "us"), collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit autopilot.prospectrdigital.com or use the Autopilot service. By using the site or service, you agree to this policy.
1. What we collect
- Identity and contact data: Name, work email, company name, billing address.
- Brief and ICP data: Company URL, primary offer, target industries, job titles, geography, company size, sample copy, tone preferences, and campaign settings.
- Payment data: Stripe processes all payments. We receive a tokenized reference, card brand, last four digits, and billing zip. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Campaign data: Sending domain names, inbox addresses, sequence copy, prospect email addresses, lead replies, and lead classifications. Stored in AWS us-east-1.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, device type, browser, and truncated IP address. Collected via anonymized analytics. We do not sell this data.
- Communications: Content of emails and support tickets you send to us.
2. How we use it
- Operate your Autopilot campaign (provision infrastructure, source contacts, deploy sequences, classify and deliver leads).
- Send transactional email (receipts, lead notifications, campaign status, deliverability alerts).
- Process payments, manage billing, and comply with tax and accounting obligations.
- Provide customer support and respond to requests.
- Improve the service through aggregate, anonymized analytics.
- Prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
3. Third-party sub-processors
- Stripe, Inc. - payment processing.
- Amazon Web Services (us-east-1) - infrastructure, hosting, transactional email (SES), S3 storage, RDS database.
- Instantly.ai - email sending platform. Your campaign data lives in your Instantly workspace, which you own.
- Anthropic, PBC - Claude AI model for brief processing and lead classification.
- RevEngine (GoHighLevel) - CRM and pipeline management.
- Cloudflare, Inc. - DNS, CDN, edge security.
- Data providers (ZoomInfo, Google Business Profile, Secretary of State filings, and others) - used to source your prospect list. We hold list data only as long as needed to deduplicate and upload to your campaign.
Each sub-processor is bound by data-processing terms no less protective than this policy.
4. Data retention

Your Instantly workspace and sending domains remain yours independently after cancellation. You may request a full export at any time during your subscription.
5. Your rights
- Access: Request a copy of your data.
- Correction: Update your brief or contact information via the customer portal.
- Deletion: Request deletion by emailing privacy@prospectrdigital.com. We will purge within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
- Export: Download your lead data from the customer portal.
- Opt-out of marketing email: Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
California residents: we do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies
- Strictly necessary: Session management and CSRF protection.
- Analytics: Google Analytics with IP truncation and 26-month retention. No advertising cookies or cross-site trackers.
7. Security
We use TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, least-privilege IAM, mandatory MFA on internal accounts, audit logging, and a documented incident response plan. In the event of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery.
8. Children
Autopilot is a B2B service not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
9. Changes
Material changes will be posted with a new effective date and emailed to active customers at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
